1. Have you held regular supervision with the intermediary throughout the duration of the beneficiary’s lifecycle with the project?
2. Has the intermediary kept an up to date case file on this beneficiary?
3. Is it your understanding that the beneficiary has been non-judgemental during the support process?
4. Have any areas for training been highlighted during the lifecycle of this clients’ support?
5. Did you discuss and / or changed the role of the intermediary during the support in this case?
6. Has the intermediary favoured integration and re-integration of the disabled employee in the company?
7. Have services provided by the project been really supportive?
