Creating an Intermediary Role

There are many approaches you can take but the first question to answer is “How do you want to use the model?”. Once you have an idea of how you are going to use the model then you can start to gather information and decide on a structure.

Furthermore, creating a competency framework for intermediaries is a continuous process. This is necessary to guarantee a continuous improvement of the quality of the services and is needed to address variations or evolutions in customer requirements. In this case the service is providing intermediaries. These intermediaries deliver support, advice and training. The main customers are disabled employees / employees with long standing (mental) health problems and employers.

The PDCA or PDSA cycle for Plan, Do, Check/Study, Act is a diagram that illustrates this continuous process. PDCA or PDSA is methodology for ongoing quality improvement. It was developed by Walter Edwards DEMING.
